CAMP SHOSHANAH PHOTOS - 1983
| This page has photos of the Camp Shoshanah Messianic Bible Study Camp taken during 1983. While the main purpose of Camp is the study of the Scriptures from the original Jewish frame of reference, we always manage to have a lot of Kosher fun, and these photos mainly show the fun! Ariel Staff and Guest Teachers in 1983, from left: Linda & Greg Hagg, Liz &
Barney Kasdan, Michael Rydelnik, Arnold Fruchtenbaum, Dave & Faye Walz,
Arlene & Dan Rigney. Dave & Faye were the resident caretakers along with their
children. Dave completed a number of building projects in those early years.

In 1983 the Shmata Shop occupied a back corner of the Lecture Hall/Dining
Hall (same room). Arlene Rigney was the Proprietor.
There's always Messianic Praise Music at Camp
Shoshanah. 1983 saw Deborah & Mottel leading.
In 1983 the last Friday evening of Camp was reserved for
"EXTRAVAGANZA" NIGHT, a mash-up of Talent Show, Complex Comedy Skits, etc.
Here, the scholarly Dr. Greg Hagg is the mastermind of a Band of Kid Killer Bees, in
a take-off of a popular TV Show skit.
Mary Ann & Arnold Fruchtenbaum, 1983. What is that mischievous look on
Arnolds face??
In 1983 the Cooks & Kitchen staff presented a song skit with lyrics for the
occasion.
